How we work.....

Step One: Initial Inquiry

Fill out the contact form located under the "Contact Us" tab, the first step is to get in touch to share details about your event. You will also have the chance to schedule a call with us to discuss the specifics of your perfect beverage experience.

Step Two: Quote

Based on the information provided in your inquiry and phone consultation, we will compile a personalized package and quote for you to review.

Step Three: Contract & Deposit

After reviewing your personalized package and quotes provided, you will sign the contract that states event details. The deposit will be paid at this time.
After completing these two steps, your date will officially be reserved, and Mountain Mixer Wanderbar is booked for your special event!

Step Four: Event Questionnaire and Finalization

Planning an event far in advance can come with many uncertainties with "what if's" and questions that pop up along the way. Approximately 60-90 days before your event, we will touch base with you and provide you with a questionnaire to confirm final event details and clarify any uncertainty.
If you book closer to your event date, we will be in contact sooner.
This questionnaire will help plan for the most professional, flawless, and personalized event.

Step Five: Consultation

Once you have completed the questionnaire and we have had time to confirm and put your vision into motion, an in person consultation will be scheduled.
During this consultation, we will work together to finalize all the details for your event. This is where we will align our expectations and start making your "spirit" of adventure a reality!!

Step Six: Unleash your "spirit" of Adventure.....Execution!


The day of your event, we will be on-site roughly two hours before the beverage service to ensure everything is flawlessly set up and we are ready to provide the most professional experience that we have planned.
When the time comes, we will deliver the most exceptional beverage experience you envisioned for you and all of your guests.

What to expect

Mountain Mixer Wanderbar, LLC. is a dry hire mobile pour service.
We provide the equipment and bartenders for an event. Alcohol is NOT SOLD OR PURCHASED by us.

Equipment: The bar structure, glassware, bartending equipment, mixers, and garnishes

Bartenders: Trained and safety-certified bartenders who can craft cocktails

Alcohol: The event host provides their own alcohol. Planning and packages are discussed with the host based on attendees of event.
