Payment:
Mountain Mixer Wanderbar, LLC requires a 50% deposit upon contract completion, 25% one month before the event, and the remaining 25% a week before the event.
Cancellation:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Your time and our time is essential. In order for Mountain Mixer Wanderbar to best serve our clients, we are reserving dates with the expectation of providing our services.
If you need to cancel your event after officially reserving and booking a date with us, please note that your deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
In the event that you need to cancel within three weeks prior to the scheduled event, 25% of the remaining balance of agreed upon booking amount will be due.
If you need cancel within one week of the event you will be responsible for the FULL BOOKING AMOUNT.
